MATTIAS KARLSSON

Mattias has a long background as a writer and editor before turning into web producing and eventually film. Production company Storymix was set up in 2005, when he attended Screen Academy Scotland for both an MA (Screen Project Development) and an MFA (Advanced Film Practice).

Short film River Child won a BAFTA for Best Fiction (Scottish Students on Screen) 2008 and Best Short Drama at the Celtic Media Festival 2008.

Mattias has recently moved back to Sweden and is developing both English and Swedish speaking feature films.
